We are located on Rt. 5 in Chittenango, Rt. 11 in Cicero and Rt. 281 in Cortland. Service Rental Vehicles

Ever have lengthy service work performed on your vehicle and are left stranded without a car to drive? That’s not a problem here at Sun!

For extended service visits, we offer our customers free loaner cars, if available, or the option to rent a vehicle from our Service rental fleet. We understand that life is busy and we will always do our best to make sure servicing your vehicle is a minimal inconvenience to your daily schedule!

Our VIP Perks mean a lot to our customers and our customers mean a lot to us.

Please see clarification below regarding our VIP Perks Program as it relates to past documents wording of “on or near your Birthday” in regard to the Free Birthday Oil Change and/or Birthday Detail for customers who have purchased their vehicle prior to January 1, 2019. These clarifications include:

• VIP Birthday Oil Changes and/or Birthday Details must be performed within the three (3) business days prior to or three (3) business days after the customer’s birthday.
• For confirmation of date of birth, customers must show their driver’s license at the time of service.
• As in the past, your choice is either a Birthday Oil Change or a Birthday Detail, per car, per year.
• Schedule your Birthday Oil Change and/or Birthday Detail well in advance to reserve your appointment. We only have limited daily appointments and customers are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Birthday Oil Changes include Lube, oil, and filter change.
• Birthday Detail includes: Exterior wash and exterior drying of the vehicle, vacuuming of carpets/mats, cleaning of windows and mirrors inside & out, wipe down of dash and cleaning of the steering wheel, plus adding tire shine to tires. *Waxing and/or shampooing are available at an additional cost.
• All VIP services come with Sun’s multi-point inspection.
• Additional services under this legacy VIP Perks program still include Free unlimited car washes, Free annual NYS inspection, and our VIP referral program.
